Tucked away in a quiet backstreet of Brunswick but still close to the hustle of Sydney Road, Theodore’s is the creation of Lily Stokes and Henry Brooks. Having worked in the industry for a combined effort of over 30 years and recently becoming parents, they felt there was no time like the present to dive in and take the step towards achieving their dream of operating their own venue. It was imperative that they were able to instil their own values into the business and be able to offer something back to their community and for the future of their son Teddy. We managed the launch PR strategy for Theodore’s which was featured in over 20 publications including Broadsheet, The Age – Epicure, Concrete Playground, Triple J, The Urban List and Pedestrian TV.
